Everything Geocore Pro Unlocks
Geocore Pro is one membership for all of Geocore: the quick games and map quizzes you play in your browser, and Geocore Classic, the original 3D globe edition. One account, one price, every game.
This post lists what Pro adds on each, what stays free, and what Pro costs while the sale runs.
The price, 50% off for a limited time
| Plan | List price | With code GEOFALL26 | | --- | --- | --- | | Pro, yearly | $29.99 a year | $14.99 your first year, about $1.25 a month | | Pro, monthly | $4.99 a month | $2.49 your first month |
That's 50% off your first payment on either plan, for a limited time. Type GEOFALL26 on the payment page at checkout. After the first payment, the plan renews at its list price, and you can cancel at any time from your account page.
Paying yearly already costs about the same as six months of the monthly plan, so the sale on the yearly plan is the biggest saving.
Pro on Geocore, in your browser
| | Guest | Free account | Pro | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Games, solo or with friends | 1 to try | 2 a day | Unlimited | | Solo map quizzes | 10 a day | 10 a day | Unlimited | | Georoam, street-level | Not included | 2 a day | Unlimited | | Seats in a lobby you lead | Not included | 8 | 16 | | Games in a lobby's playlist | Not included | 5 | 10 |
What those rows mean in play:
- Unlimited games. Play as many rounds of Pin Drop, Geordle, Draw the Border or any other game as you like, solo or with friends.
- Every game and every map. Pro opens Geo Grid Duel and every game and quiz on a country's own map, such as France's regions or Japan's prefectures. The US map is free with an account.
- Unlimited map quizzes. All 1,300+, in every mode, as often as you like. The quiz guide.
- Unlimited Georoam. Round after round of street-level guessing, on Mapillary's community imagery.
- Bigger lobbies. Lead a lobby of up to 16 players with a playlist of up to 10 games, and the Pro games in it are open to everyone you invite.
- Every past daily. Today's dailies are free with an account; Pro opens the archive of earlier days.
Pro in Geocore Classic
| | Guest | Free account | Pro | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Classic games | 11 | 28 | Every one | | Every game setting | Some fixed | Some fixed | All open | | 3D globe and satellite imagery | Not included | Not included | Included | | Geo AI, the geography coach | Not included | Not included | Included | | Detailed game-over analytics | Not included | Not included | Included | | Geocore Learn atlas | Included | Included | Included |
- Every Classic game, every setting. Some settings in the free games, such as the number of rounds or the choice of metric, are fixed for free players. Pro lets you change all of them.
- The 3D globe and satellite imagery, with day and night, city lights and the atmosphere. On Windows, Classic adds terrain relief, lit country fills and custom skies.
- Geo AI. Ask about any country's economy, borders or history, or ask for a hint when you're stuck. Asking during a round costs a hint, so leaderboards stay fair. AI answers can be wrong.
- Detailed game-over analytics. How far off each answer was and in which direction, your accuracy, and how a run compares with your last and your best.
Pro works in Classic in your browser and on Windows, on the same account.
